How does this fan work?
This fan can be powered by 4 D-cell batteries (not included) or USB power source with USB cable (included), such as power bank, phone charger and computer. (Note: this fan is not rechargeable)

Will the USB power cord override the batteries when they are installed?

If you have rechargeable batteries, how do you charge them?
