5. Turn the both casters at 90 degree angle to the leg ***You can turn right or left, in both direction is available

6. Slide the clasp toward the leg without gap – 1, and press it down until the clasp pop in the corner – 2

7. Slide the metal fittings wider

8. and pull up the handle

*** Cautions: The supporting leg is not fixable, and it is recommended to keep an eye on your luggage not to fall over

In assembling extra small carrying cart for hand luggage, you need to turn the wheels at 90 degree to the legs, on vertical position on preparation for the next step

*The wheels can turn 360 degree freely, so please fix it on vertical position.

Next, you need to slide the plastic clasp to the lateral side of the leg tightly and then you can press it down until it locks the edge of the caster fork by snap fit
